(Sep 29) In comments filed with the Council on Environmental Quality, NTCA stressed the need for streamlining efforts related to obtaining permissions to build on federal lands/with federal grants that are consistent across agencies. The association further noted that streamlining efforts should include environmental as well as Tribal and historic preservation reviews.
