(Dec 18) In reply comments filed with the FCC, NTCA supported the FCC’s proposal to identify 100/20 Mbps as the minimum threshold speed for broadband service, while also supporting the establishment of a longer-term objective. NTCA also urged the FCC to continue to view fixed and mobile services as complementary.
