NTCA Announces Staff Additions in Finance, Cybersecurity and Public Relations

Arlington, Va., (November 18, 2020)—NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association today announced three additions to the association’s staff: Mano Koilpillai as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Roxanna Barboza as Industry and Cybersecurity Policy Analyst and Lauren Gaydos as Public Relations Manager.
 
Koilpillai is responsible for the overall financial health of NTCA and all affiliated entities. Before joining NTCA, Koilpillai was the founder and president of Dynamic Consulting and Accounting LLC, and she brings extensive financial management experience that has crossed industries including nonprofit, Big 8 consulting, Fortune 50 and government. She holds an MBA in finance from George Washington University and is a certified public accountant.
 
Barboza oversees NTCA’s CyberShare program and provides expert advice and assistance to members and NTCA staff concerning regulatory issues affecting the rural broadband industry. She previously worked at the U.S. Department of Agriculture supporting its ReConnect Loan and Grant program, and she holds a Bachelor of Science and an MPA from the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California.
 
Gaydos oversees media, public relations and social media strategies for NTCA and will serve as the media point of contact for the association. She comes to NTCA from Capitol Hill, most recently serving as communications director for U.S. Rep. Brett Guthrie. She completed her master’s degree in public relations and corporate communications from Georgetown University.
