When you purchase the Best Value Package, you get access to all of the 2018 Fall Conference sessions on the Live Learning Center so you can share them with your team.

Registration Information

*The conference fee includes admittance to all general and concurrent sessions, roundtable discussions, the spouse session, Monday and Wednesday continental breakfast, and the Welcome Reception, and Networking Reception and Vendor Showcase. Additional charges apply for tours and the Foundation for Rural Service and NTCA Rural Broadband PAC/RTAF events.

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events.  Badges are required to attend all conference events. 

If you cannot pick up your badges on Saturday and you have Sunday morning tours, proceed to the tour departure area in the lobby

of the Sheraton.

Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment.  To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

**Tickets for special events and tours are nonrefundable after July 27, 2018.

Change Policy

All registration changes must be submitted via email to [email protected].

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] by close of business on Friday, July 27, 2018, to receive a full refund. Cancellations made in writing between July 28, and close of business on August 24, 2018, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after start of business on August 25, and unclaimed registrations during the conference are not eligible for a refund.
