Chart Your Board's Path
Rural telecom board of directors are invited to take advantage of this unique virtual event crafted specifically for their needs and to boost leadership skills. Connect and chat with other telco board members from across the nation to share ideas and exchange solutions on how to get your community to where you want to be.
The curriculum is designed for new and veteran board members to:
- Learn the rules of decision making and strategies to make a tough call.
- Understand telecom technology and terminology.
- Review the structure and bylaws of your telco.
- Know what it takes to protect your telco from liabilities and network infringements.
- Get involved in advocacy efforts that support your telco and community.

NTCA Certificate
NTCA recognizes member participation in educational activities through the Director Core Curriculum Certificate for board members of cooperative and commercial companies. Enroll your board member for the Summer Symposium and help them chart their path to a successful term.
Win a Gift Card
Enter for a chance to win a gift card. There are 10 achievement badges to be earned by participating in the conference. Each badge comes with a number of points. Earning points qualifies you to win a gift card.
Prizes:
- $50 Visa gift card
- $100 Visa gift card
All attendees who earn at least 60 points will be entered to win $50 Visa gift card. Attendees who earn every badge, a maximum of 105 points, will be entered to win a $100 Visa gift card.
Winners will be chosen at random at the conclusion of the conference and notified via email.
