Registration
All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all conference events.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed above for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
*Registration is required by January 31, to attend the Retirement Readiness Seminar, so that NTCA can create personalized retirement planning materials for attendees. There will be no onsite registration for this seminar.
What's Included?
The conference fee includes admittance to all sessions, Retirement Readiness Seminar*, Welcome Reception, breakfast and lunch.
Cancellation, Refund and Change Policy
All cancellations and changes must be in writing and emailed to [email protected].
Cancellations submitted by close of business on January 17, will receive a full refund. Cancellations submitted between January 18–February 14, will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after start of business on February 14, and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
