Registration Information
All conference attendees must register in order to attend virtual conference events.
Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.
*To attend the preconference workshop, you must be registered for both the conference and preconference workshop.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be in writing and emailed must be submitted via email to [email protected].
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be received by close of business on May 15, 2020.
Cancellations received between May 16, 2020 and May 28, 2020 will be charged 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellations and no-shows after May 28, 2020 will be charged in full. Refunds, credits and adjustments will be issued after the meeting.
