Making Hotel Reservations
Hotel reservations cutoff date has been extended to August 20.
The NTCA—The Rural Broadband Association housing bureau, SPARGO, handles all hotel reservations for the 2021 Fall Conference. Please make reservations within the NTCA block to receive the Fall Conference room rate.
Online Reservations
Reservations can be made at the Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel, which is less than a mile and within walking distance of the Gaylord. A shuttle also will be provided between the two hotels. If no rooms are available over your dates, please place yourself on the wait list and you will be contacted by SPARGO. Rooms usually become available three to four weeks before the conference, so please be assured that rooms will be provided.
