Event Registration Pricing

The 2021 Fall Conference is a hybrid experience allowing member and nonmember registrants to participate in all general and concurrent sessions on-site, online or in combination.

Conference Fee


The conference fee includes both onsite and online access to all sessions, EXPO, and networking functions.

Registration

All conference attendees must register in order to attend conference events. Badges are required to attend all conference events.

Registration is not valid until NTCA receives payment. To receive a price rate, payment must be received by close of business on the cutoff date listed for that price rate. Payments to NTCA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

Cancellation, Refund and Change Policy

All cancellations and changes must be in writing and emailed to [email protected].

Conference Cancellation

The conference is being made available in a hybrid format, and we encourage you to consider retaining your registration and joining us remotely. However, if you are unable to attend the Fall Conference in person because of a COVID-19 related reason, including being unable to follow our safety protocols, and determine that online participation is not an option for your registration, NTCA will refund your full registration fee.  

Cancellations for any reason other than COVID-19 must be submitted by close of business on July 22, 2021 to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations submitted between start of business July 23 and close of business August 6 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee. Cancellations submitted after start of business on August 7 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund. 

Special Events Cancellations

If you are unable to attend the Fall Conference in person because of a COVID-19 related reason, including being unable to follow our safety protocols, PAC/FRS will refund your full registration fee.  

Register for special events when you register for the meeting. Cancellations other than for COVID-19 reasons must be submitted by close of business on July 22, 2021 to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations submitted after start of business on July 23 and unclaimed registrations during the event are not eligible for refund.
